cantoLX celebrates its 15th anniversary with a program dedicated to the Italian masters of the seventeenth century. The love story is usually a central topic in opera, considering love as human being’s greatest source of both torment and joy. But the title of this concert, Italian Love Affairs, also refers to the ensemble’s probably favourite repertoire, showing so much ingenuity and innovativeness.
